Depending on the package you choose the services we offer include design & development of the website, content migration from the old website, connection of current software / tools , SSL installation, stock photography, Google analytics set up and premium managed website hosting.

When your project is booked you will be given a project timeline which will include time for you to get your stuff together, the building process and time for your changes. The total time typically between booking your job and go live is 3-6 weeks.

Our terms are 50% upfront to book your job and the remaining 50% to go live.

You will have two opportunities to request changes to the website proofs. The changes should be sent to us as an itemized list either in Word or email.

Any services, requests, changes or work requested by the client outside of this agreement and after the project can be quoted and agreed upon in writing.

Website hosting includes a high-speed server, unlimited bandwidth, continuous backup, real-time uptime monitoring, and a 2-second page speed guarantee. Monthly maintenance such as software updates and plug-in updates are also included.

If you choose to host somewhere else your website files can be provided at no charge, or we can migrate the website to a hosting of their choice for an additional fee of $350 CAD. You maintain full ownership of your website after the full payment is received and you may request your website files at any time.

We can migrate content from the current website and if you would like any new content added, you can provide an edited word document.

No rankings are guaranteed with this package but in order to guarantee the client’s website ranks on Google for their company name you Google My Business profile must be properly set up and complete.
